“3089”
For my final line, “3089” what I wanted was less of a “line” and more a friend group. I’d like to narrate that the people in these garments are from 3089 and they must travel back in time to feudal Japan and these garments are what got created to help them “fit it”. LOL, probably won’t. These designs are inspired from all the paths of my identity, at first very obviously Asian inspired but from the silhouette, color story, to visuals, it is Black streetwear all the way.
I am beyond grateful for the community that gathered and helped in this project, peace, love & harmony :)
